Calling All Coaches, Athletic Directors, Parent Committees or Anyone Organizing a Banquet:

This is an opportunity to not only provide an excellent banquet for your sports team, but to retain some of the money spent by parents at your banquet. Each banquet table is designed and decorated to fit each theme. Whether it be a tail-gating theme for football or a cook-out for baseball, we can do it!

A great advantage to using Kickin' Catering is that we donate a portion back to your team or activity.

Based on the number of events your school books, your team can receive up to 7% of all costs back. You don't have to book all the events at once either.

This is a way for us to say THANK YOU for supporting our business and a way for us to give back to the area schools.

SCHOOL  DONATION CALCULATION

Book 2 events (min. 250 people)                                2%

Book 3 – 4 events (min. 350 people)                           4% 

Book 4 or more events (min. 450 people)                     7%

Sample calculation:

Fall football banquet – 200 meals   PLUS

Fall tennis banquet -  40 meals   PLUS

Track -    100 meals     PLUS

Wrestling Banquet -   60 meals   PLUS

Girls Volleyball -        75 meals    EQUALS                      

                                                         7% of my fee donated back to each team or boosters organization.

(The donation could be sent to each team based on the % of meals served for that particular event, to the total number of meals served.  In the example above, the football team would receive 7% of the 75 meal cost, the tennis team would receive 7% of the 30 meal cost, etc. Due to the timing of some spring and summer banquets, all payments are made to the organization at the start of the next school year. )

 Not only do you get the donation, but you will receive an EXCELLENT meal at a GREAT price, served on a table specifically decorated for your event!!!
